This research article aims to evaluate the impact of Reishi mushroom as a natural sleep aid on sleep quality and sleep disorders. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and studies, this article investigates the mechanisms underlying Reishi’s effects on sleep and discusses its potential therapeutic applications for addressing sleep-related issues.

Introduction:
